FORECASTING / EARLY WARNING / ICDO MEMBER STATES

Early Warning

Explore prospective flood and rainfall hazards alongside currently valid official weather notices. Forecast guidance is distinct from reported emergencies.

Situation Overview

Forecast layers remain geographically global; country selection changes the map focus and limits the verified warning list, not the model's geographic coverage.

01 / FORWARD LOOKING DATA

Forecast guidance

Official Copernicus CEMS/GloFAS model products. These show possible conditions, not events known to have occurred or government-issued warnings.

02 / OFFICIAL NOTICES

Currently valid weather warnings

Only CAP notices with explicit, verified Member State attribution and a valid effective/expiry interval. Forecast-model signals never become official alerts automatically.

0 verified notices

Verified national CAP feeds have not yet been connected. This section cannot confirm the absence of weather warnings.

03 / FORECAST PRODUCT COVERAGE

Sources & operational limitations

Flood & precipitation outlook

Live WMS map products from GloFAS. Probabilistic rainfall and forecast flood reporting points are indicative model guidance. Geographic detail and update times are provider-dependent.

Copernicus GloFAS

Tropical cyclone track forecasts

Forecast tracks must come from a recognized meteorological centre and include their advisory issue time and forecast validity. IMCC does not infer forecast tracks from historical GDACS episode markers.

National early warnings

National meteorological authorities remain the source of official warnings. Unverified country attribution, expired CAP alerts and worldwide records are excluded from Member State warning totals.
